o Responsible for leading and managing the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
o Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives.
o Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
o Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.

Qualifications/Requirements


• Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
o Proven work experience in Marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment. Experiences working with online shopping platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok is a plus.
o In-depth knowledge of E-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices of social media and web analytics.
