We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing & Sales to join our team and take a key leadership role in driving growth, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships in the food & beverage space.
Job Overview
The Director of Marketing & Sales will oversee Flota Mil’s commercial strategy — from lead generation to brand building — ensuring consistent growth in sales and visibility. This is a leadership position with hands-on execution, perfect for someone experienced in the F&B or wine sector, eager to shape the future of a dynamic import business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to meet growth targets
- Create, lead, and mentor a team of sales agents, ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategies
- Identify and secure new B2B clients (restaurants, hotels, wine retailers, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with current partners to maximize retention
- Organize wine events, brand activations, and promotional initiatives
- Oversee product positioning, pricing strategy, and market analysis
- Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for smooth operations
- Provide regular sales performance updates and strategic reports
- Collaborate with marketing partners for digital campaigns and content
- Represent the company in trade shows, networking, and industry events
Work Location:
Metro Manila, Philippines
This is a field-based role with regular visits to clients. Presence at the office is expected 1 day per week.
