DESCRIPTION: The Digital Marketing Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating, improving and managing content to achieve the business, branding and campaign targets. This role should be able to oversee the creation of all digital content initiatives to ensure customer engagement and support brand consistency across all digital platforms: owned and paid media assets in social media, LED, website, mobile and other digital formats.
Our ideal candidate is a highly creative professional with background in social media and website operations and analytics. He/She should be able to develop exciting content that will help increase audience engagement of our target market. He/she should perform well under deadlines, thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects while being detail oriented. He/She must spearhead the delivery and actual results of all content channels and projects
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Yearly Digital Content Roadmap – work with the AMMs and School units and Marketing Director to capture business objectives, key insights and brand proposition, use these as guidance in creating exciting content for the school and for the institutional brand.
2. Research and Creative writing – able to research on certain topics and write the appropriate content
3. Digital operations – timely uploading of content, measure KPIs, content optimization
4. Content to support institutional and acquisition campaigns – development of creative content to help achieve campaign objectives.
