1. At least 1 year of Web Content Quality Assurance experience is a PLUS
2. Working in a multinational/multicultural environment
3. Proficient in both Vietnamese and English skills: writing, reading, speaking
3. Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool

11. Familiarity with HTML and CSS
12. Familiarity with ticketing tools (Sharepoint and JIRA)
