Job Summary: Assists and coordinates all marketing tasks and needs for the promotion of all of the company’s brands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the team with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinates marketing projects and activities.
2. Creates clear and concise written correspondence, such as letters and e-mails.
3. Assists in tracking results of marketing campaigns and online activities.
4. Supports the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating content.
5. Provides support for marketing events as required.
6. Updates and maintains the marketing department’s records and databases.
7. Assists in managing events, booking venues, and ordering marketing collaterals.
8. Assists the marketing manager in the creation of campaigns for the company’s brands.
9. Assists in maintaining the social media accounts of the company’s brands.
