Sponsorship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing sponsors.
• Identify, assess and pursue new sponsorship opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and target audience interests.
• Collaborate with sponsors to develop customized sponsorship packages and ensure maximization of sponsorship benefits.
• Cross functional collaboration, including coordination of speakerships and giveaways
Events:
• Provide support in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including conferences, seminars, and webinars, among others.
• Assist with event logistics, including registration and onsite coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution and a positive attendee experience.
• Monitor activity progress and ensure that deliverables are met within the set timeline.
• Help manage/maintain a database of all the firm’s events, including Partner and employee internal and external engagements
Admin Support:
• Provide support in sourcing giveaways, processing payments, managing contracts, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
Partnerships:
• Assist with the renewal process for partner and firm memberships.
• Help optimize the value of memberships by identifying and leveraging opportunities for the firm and partners.
