Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) with engaging content.
Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and competitor activity.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation:
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, such as blog posts, articles, website copy, email newsletters, and presentations.
Conduct research and gather information to support content creation.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and track industry trends.
Gather and analyze data to identify market opportunities and challenges.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and online advertising.
Track and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Event Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Coordinate logistics, manage registration, and provide on-site support at events.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing marketing budgets.
Maintain accurate records and databases of marketing activities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
6 months of experience in a marketing or communications role (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media management tools
Basic understanding of graphic design principles (a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
