  • a. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • b. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, email campaigns, etc. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • c. Social Media & E-commerce Management: Manage and update the company's social media profiles and e-commerce platforms. Monitor and engage with audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • d. Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, kick-off programs, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, manage registrations, and help in preparing event materials.
  • e. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and managing inventory of marketing materials.
  • f. Collaborative Projects: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and team members.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
