A Content Marketing Specialist is expected to:
Establish, execute, and oversee a content calendar aligned with company goals and marketing initiatives
Generate compelling content across multiple platforms, including the website, blog, and email campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to develop pertinent content that resonates with our target audience
Supervise all corporate social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and traffic
Monitor, evaluate, and analyze post and campaign performance to ensure alignment with company objectives
Address comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant entities to broaden the company's reach
Coordinate and participate in events, webinars, and live sessions to stimulate community engagement
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track content and campaign success
Deliver regular reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for enhancement
Continuously refine content and social media strategies based on performance data and industry trends
