• Market and sell ITSI services to potential and existing customer.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by identifying customer needs, managing customer concerns and expectations, and establishing partnerships.
• Identify, monitor, and assess opportunities which can be converted into sales
• Travel throughout the territory and visit customers (potential and existing) on a recurring basis.
• Achieve sales targets and expand coverage within assigned territory through identification of potential customers, generation of new accounts, and development of strategic account plans
• Present company profile, develop proposals, and negotiate terms and contracts with the customers (bidding)
• Document, measure, and analyze sales performance, generate sales forecasts, and present sales reports to the National Sales Director
• Recognize emerging markets and market shifts, understand market behavior, monitor industry and account competition, and keep track of new products and services being introduced to the market
• Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of the company’s products and services
• Facilitate product enablement sessions with partners and pre-sales
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure high quality and successful project completion
