Position title: REL Portfolio Management Leader

Job Description:
  • Customer stickiness improvement and continuous REL business development based on data analyses
  • Models’ ownership and recommendations for REL Products and Strategy and REL Engagement Strategy Teams
  • Collaborating across a diverse group of stakeholders – REL team, CRM analysts, Risk, Sales, Online, etc.
  • Using customer experience data, analytics, market research and competitive analysis to drive decision making
  • Defining and proactively supervising key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • Experience with financial lending business
  • Data analyses and modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cross functional responsibilities
  • Product and Portfolio Management
  • Able to adapt to a multicultural environment of a quickly developing international company
