JOB VACANT POSITION: MANUFACTURING FOREMAN

(1) VACANCY

  • How to introduce C-track system, let them know the barcode control Warehouse
  • How to understand the critical of traceability system
  • How to understand, what different between ERP and C-track system.
  • How to use system in terms of BOM and all materials. 
  • How to use PR or applying Purchase request for manufacture. 
  • How to appraise or evaluate employees and apply in system. 
  • How to improve the efficiency of Assembly process and reduce the production cost. 
  • How to manage all function of Warehouse Department. 
  • Orientate and develop the Pilipino management personnel and strengthen their management skills. 
  • Organize training (such as operation for special station) for operators and improve the entire.
  • How to understand, how to closing the MO, when finish or end of the month.
  • How to understand, how to check the stock when of the quarter and year.
  • How to understand, how to separate and control between good and reject parts.
  • How to understand, how to control the special material when customer triggering.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate/s must possess at least with a degree in any related course.
  • A minimum of (7) years experience as an manufacturing foreman in manufacturing and/or industry management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Good communications and leadership skills.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Can speak English & Thai
