• Sets Policy, Objectives and Goals at Division Level
• Distributes Work per Department
• Review and ensure that division objectives and targets are achieved
• Establish Annual Division Operational Plan
• Promotes quality, environment, safety and health awareness, CSR, 5S and good practices in the company
• Controls the Division Budget Plan and its implementation
• Utilizes effectively the Division's property and infrastructures

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree
• With experience of working in Japanese manufacturing industry in supervisory or managerial role
• With proven leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills
• Has good understanding of electronic components manufacturing industry
