Job Description as DIRECTOR FOR SWINE INTEGRATION

• Monitor the farm production performance and biosecurity standards to achieve the targeted production performance.

• Improves and enforces biosecurity policy in the farm to maintain high standards of animal welfare.

• Works hand in hand with the Farm Manager and Swine Farm Veterinarian to determine treatment of the affected hogs/swine.

• Prepares and presents performance and productivity reports to the management.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's /College Graduate in Agriculture or any related field.
• Has a strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
