Position title: MANAGER CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT
Job Description:
The position will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and management of experiential touchpoints formats in general trade to accelerate adoption to SFP.
Accountabilities:
• CHANNEL DEPLOYMENT
Develop and execute LMIC channel deployment strategies (including Experiential Touchpoints) to expand SFP reach and drive sales growth in the target SEC segment. Coordinate the implementation of formats, including setting up systems, processes and infrastructure required for success deployment.
• CHANNEL PERFORMANCE
Monitor and analyze format performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Conduct regular audits and assessments of deployed formats to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Build trusted relationship with 3rd party partners including executive level of their organizations. Evolve operations by establishing a culture of constant improvements, introducing new ways of operation to ensure prioritization and successful deployments.
• INTERNAL COORDINATION
Force close alignment and collaboration of all workstreams including cross functional ones to ensure alignment and synergy across LMIC channel deployment initiatives. Secure ongoing documentation of project status in order to monitor channel deployment progress aligned to milestone plasn. Push timely delivery and full deployment of all workstream deliverables. Secure regular update and decision taking of senior management team, OC and other functions.
• BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Monitor budget performance throughout the year to ensure cost effective resource allocations and adjustments based on key opportunities and agreed business priorities to achieve maximum return on investment. Ensure implementation of plans within agreed budget.
