JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee over all performance and all activities in Sales Department such as developing sales programs product promotions, market and product research.
Develops business plan and sales stategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Prepares action plans for effective research of sales leads and prospects
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while maintaining profit margin
Creates and conduct product sales proposals and presentation
