Position Title: Site Manager
Job Description:
Manages the on-site team’s operations within the company’s operating budget and guidelines with the objective of growing the business by achieving the team’s sales targets for tires, related products & services such as repairs, tools, supplies and tire servicing works, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Assesses customer needs for products and services accurately and effectively. Maintains customer relations, responding to questions and resolving issues.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Graduate (ideally of any Engineering or technical course with at least three (3) years’ experience related to automotive, heavy equipment, tire sales or servicing in a dealership)
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
Computer literate, basic tire construction fundamentals, technical skills, driving skills, product knowledge, ability to write routine reports and correspondence, ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
