Perform all on-site technical activities related to the machine installation, assist with errors, machine jams, repairs, and maintenance of wire bond and die-attached machines.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least college level or its equivalent with a certification from a vocational/technical school or one year of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience in semiconductors.
Experience on wire bond/die-attached machines is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in Clark Pampanga
