CHINESE SPEAKING CABLING INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNICIAN:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
Set up and manage cabling infrastructure including fiber optics, copper, and wireless systems.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
Respond to and resolve technical support requests in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for hardware installation or repairs.
Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
Ensure network and systems security through updates and policy enforcement.
Assist with IT asset management and inventory control.
