  • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
  • Recruit and supervise and train maintenance technicians contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor inventory coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Vocational Course/ Training in related field required.
  • Proficient with microsoft office and related software.
  • Quick and willing to learn.
  • Strong Technical and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin.
