MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Actual Position Title: Maintenance Senior Advisor/Consultant 

Job Description:

• Responsible in overseeing and optimising maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and cost-effective extraction of gold resources, while contributing to the organisational success by maintaining the underground mobile equipment through pragmatic, effective, and collaborative maintenance activities through the agreed weekly plan which is aligned to the strategic direction of the business;

• Assist in the development and implementation of mobile asset business improvement initiatives;

• Report on asset activities, including forecast updates of future asset performance and cost schedules;

• Lead and drive improved performance through team coaching and capability development;

• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to solve systemic and complex issues that impact maintenance strategies;

• Monitor asset data trends to ensure accurate lifespan predictions on heavy mobile fleet assets;

• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the mine’s heavy mobile fleet and drive sustainable outcomes; and

• Develop an inclusive operating culture where employees are valued and empowered to speak up.
