- Examines facilities and equipment regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Plan and direct maintenance staffs regarding their designated tasks and reports.
- Supervise and train new maintenance staffs.
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Attends to people’s concerns as immediate head.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Assures compliance to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and seminars.
- Attends coordination meetings with other involved departments.
- Ensures confidentiality in all documents and dealings.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
