Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair farm equipment, buildings, and tools.
- Make schedules for regular maintenance (e.g., tractors, water systems, generators).
- Lead and supervise maintenance workers or helpers.
- Keep records of repairs and maintenance work.
- Order tools and spare parts when needed.
- Work closely with the farm manager to handle urgent issues.
- Follow farm safety and biosecurity rules.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned.
