Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training)
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or its equivalent;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset maintenance management, maintenance planning, and with at least 7 years in a managerial role;
• ISO 55001 certification (Asset Management System), is an advantage;
• Proven track record in an operational leadership role developing and implementing asset management strategies and systems;
• Familiarity with sustainability practices, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction, as they relate to asset management;
• Strong knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle costing;
• Strategic planning and organizational skills to align asset management activities with broader business objectives;
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools;
• Capability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities in asset management and proactively address them; and
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within culturally diverse workforce setting.
