MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Actual Position Title: Manager- Asset Maintenance 

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a specialist team engaged with mobile equipment and fixed plant maintenance to:

o Strengthen the safe work culture through actively leading and supporting Didipio’s safe systems of work;

o Safely support the delivery of production targets;

o Collaborate closely with the Processing Manager in the planning and execution of maintenance activities;

o Work closely with other operational leaders to develop and execute annual and Life of Mine plans for the business.

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the Asset Maintenance, including safety, performance outcomes, workflow management, reviewing and overseeing tasks, staff administration and professional development, consistent with technical principles and in an environment that is focused on integration, performance, and continuous improvement;

• Manage the development of the forward maintenance program (including specific projects) for critical equipment through the development of detailed route maintenance strategies and analysis and interpretation of asset inventory, condition, history, treatment options, cost and other relevant information;

• Review and improve business systems, processes and costs and report on activities, performance and issues against plans and budgets; and

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Asset President – Didipio Operations and other internal and external parties.
