  • develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff and technicians 
  • conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • manages budgets and procure necessary equipment and supplies
  • ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standard
  • coordinates with other departments to support operational needs
  • troubleshoots and resolves maintenance issues efficiently

Qualifications/Requirements

  • proven experience as a maintenance manager or in a similar role
  • strong knowledge of maintenance procedures on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical sysem
  • ability to read and understand manuals and blueprints
  • excellent leadership and problem solving skills
  • must be able to speak mandarin fluently and be able to read and write in chinese
  • degree or certifications in engineering
