• This role involves leading maintenance teams, improving equipment performance, and minimizing downtime to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements


• Related work experience in a manufacturing company (automotive parts is an advantage)
• At least two (2) years experience handling quality assurance in a manufacturing company
• Able to read and write Japanese language
• Able to understand manufacturing technical terms in Japanese.
