  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
  • Exotic alloy material properties, cutting tools and machine tool capabilities to develop a part machining plan.
  • Machine simulation software to troubleshoot/validate CNC programs and ensure 100% defect-free First Time Through (FTT) machining processes.
  • Revision control requirements.  
  • Pertinent codes, rules, and regulations related to areas of assignments.
  • Systems security procedures and industry standards.
  • Protocols, standards, technologies, and applications.
  • Safety rules and regulations.
  • Prioritize and deal with conflicting workload requirements.
  • Prepare complete and comprehensive reports.
  • Understand and interpret regulations and their impact on the Company’s operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidates must graduate of Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience handling Tooling Department at manufacturing and/or industry management.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Can speak English
  • Willing to work at Sto. Tomas Batangas
