Job Description

- Checking control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
- Install appliances and equipment
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems

Qualifications/Requirements

- Male
- At least Senior High Graduate
- At least one (1) year experience as Maintenance Staff
- Basic knowledge in plumbing and electrical works
- Willing to render extra time for work if needed
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
