General Description: The General Maintenance Staff primarily provides technical support to keep the building, facilities, mechanical equipment, electrical and plumbing systems in good working condition. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, machine operation, routine cleaning, fabrication, carpentry, masonry and other manpower support services.



Qualifications/Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
  1. Must be a High School or Senior High School graduate
  2. Must have a vocational course certification related to any of the following: Mechanical Assembly, Automotive Technology, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry
  3. With at least 5 years of related work experience
