This job reports directly to the Manager II – Store Operations for administrative functions and to the Regional Property Engineer (RPE) for the technical aspects of the Store operations. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the facilities and equipment are in good condition. He is also responsible for the repairs and improvements of the Store and the conduct of in-house preventive maintenance and monitoring of the equipment such as Refrigeration, Electrical, and Mechanical like air conditioning unit, and others. 

Qualifications/Requirements

Education:
Graduate of a three-year course or TESDA Graduate in any Technology related courses as a minimum requirement and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Licensure and/or Certification Required:
NC II (Electrical/sSMAW/RAC) Maybe preferred but not necessary

No. of years of relevant work experience:
At least 6 - 12 months relevant work experience
