  1. Set-up CNC Milling.
  2. Set-up work instructions and maintenance procedures for machine & equipment.
  3. Provide technical, tooling, fixtures support to productions.
  4. Prepare CNC program and select suitable cutting tools for CNC, Milling.
  5. Can understand the drawing to set-up the machine.
  6. Familiar with the CNC, milling and manual milling.

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. At least 2-3 years experience of working unaides on setting up and operating 3 axis CNC milling machines in a job shop environment.
  2. Must have a basic understanding of CNC machining work and tool offsets.
  3. Must be able to identify critical blueprint dimensions and instruct workers how to inspect and check these critical dimensions.
  4. Ability to work on a wide variety of complex parts from drawings.
  5. Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
