  • Build a low cost logistics structure which realize the fast delivery service for customer and store, and execute operational management
  • Have a responsibility to accuracy of company’s inventory and contribute to company’s profits by improving product management accuracy
  • Manage the operation and “Estimated result and actual result” of delivery network
  • Make a new logistics improvement plan, execute it by involving internal and external member and verify the result
  • Make a security plan and execute it. Share it to the store
  • Realize “future generation logistic” in order to realize new business category which goes beyond existing store and EC sales
  • Solve logistic related problems and issues through cooperation with local, and improve in line with generation and area.
  • Understand the movement of all information, products, people related to logistics, and reflect to next action. (Manage budget and result, appropriate price, compliance, ensure accountability, BCP)


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s course specializing in operations or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge of regulations, importing & exporting documents
  • Working experience as a project manager who leads more than three parties for one goal
  • Leadership and the ability to influence others
  • Communication skills (telling, listening)
  • View of management by day-to-day communication with group officers
  • Execution ability, Impetus to achieve goals
  • All the abilities required of a business manager.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese language.
