Responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, contracted services, and for keeping track of these, to support the Company's operation and to procure these in the most cost effective manner in accordance with the Company's procurement policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

* A graduate of any business-related course relevant to the job

* Five (5) years of relevant work experience

* Efficient in MS Office

* With Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

* Adept in planning, organizing and monitoring

* Reliable, detail-oriented and with excellent work ethics

* Resourceful, creative and flexible

* Ability to multi-task, work calmly under pressure, handle stress, and meet required deadlines
