TRUST STAFF (FIELD WORK)


A RAFI Micro Finance Trust Staff is responsible for the recruitment of clients, management of portfolios, customer relations, achievement of operational targets, and ensuring adherence and compliance with enterprise policies and procedures.



Qualifications/Requirements

​
​Completed 2 years in College of any course, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
​Highschool graduates can apply, but at least 1 year of work experience is required 
​Knows how to drive a motorcycle with a driver's license 
​Willing and with the passion to do community fieldwork, Community organizing, and development, Marketing, CI/BI, and Collection 
​Willing to travel
