Job Description

Document Management:
Preparing, organizing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, wills, court filings, and correspondence.

Administrative Support:
Answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling client communication.

Court Procedures:
Preparing court documents, transcribing minutes of court proceedings, and assisting with the filing of legal papers.

Client Interaction:
Acting as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and providing updates on case progress.

Legal Research:
Conducting legal research and gathering information for cases.

Financial Tasks:
Assisting with billing, expense reports, and other financial aspects of legal practice.

Office Coordination:
Maintaining files, managing databases, and coordinating with other staff members. 

Others:
To do other duties and responsibilities from time to time as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

A graduate with a diploma in Office Secretarial or equivalent.  A graduate of Senior High School is acceptable as long as fluency in written and spoken English is above average.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically, MS Word and MS Excel.
