1. Research laws, applicable jurisprudence and rules needed by the lawyer in their pleading to be filed in court;
2. Draft simple agreements, contract and memoranda;
3. Drafts and prepares legal letters, replies to third parties, opinions, and advisories;
4. Appears in administrative tribunals when lawyer is not available;
5. Prepares the necessary documents (e.g Partial release of Real Estate Mortagage) for the release of title to the MBs;
6. Takes charge of all research materials (e.g Law books, forms, and materials);
7. Acts as the department’s liaison officers with the government agencies in the absence of the lawyer;
8. Prepares Petition for Foreclosure and file it with the appropriate court and bodies;
9. Review of records and files of the accounts;
10. Mediates between conflicting clients when lawyer is not available;
11. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time;
