POSITION: COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Job Description:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and oversee compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to employees on regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, including potential violations of laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
