The Leasing Officer assist the Leasing Manager in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding and/or renewal. The individual generates Lease reports such as but not limited to Sales Performance Report, Comparative Analysis Reports and Accounts Update Report on a regular basis for proper monitoring and reportorial compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

Leasing Officer Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any 4-year related course with at least 2 -3 year work experience in any related fields
