- ENSURE CORRECT PROCEDURES AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE FOLLOWED.
- QUALITY CHECK ALL FURNACE CYCLES.
- ORGANIZE, SCHEDULE ALL KILN LOADS FOR EACH FUMACE TO ENSURE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS ACHIEVED AND TO ENSURE PART MEET DEADLINES.
- OTHER DUTIES BY THE MANAGERS.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Minimum 1year experience in operations management.
- Knowledgeable in temperature control, safety procedures, and furnace maintenance
- Has leadership experience or ability to supervise and guide a small team.
- Effectively communicating with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Ensuring accuracy and precision in work.
