  • Leads and oversees workers on site
  • Manage resources and allocate tasks to team members
  • Monitors the duties of workers and assuring the efficiency and safety of their work
  • Resolve problems when they arise
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Foreman and reporting the construction progress to them

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Male
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Preferably with TESDA NC2 training related to construction
  • With at least 5 years of experience as Leadman in construction
  • Must know how to read blueprint and construction plans
  • Physically fit
  • Willing to be assigned in Paliparan 2, Dasmariñas, Cavite
  • Willing for 3 to 5 years project-based employment
  • Willing to work overtime
