  • Preparation of Materials: Setting up and preparing equipment, chemicals, and materials for experiments and practical lessons.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensuring that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
  • Safety Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for students and staff.
  • Assisting Students: Helping students during practical lessons, demonstrating experiments, and providing technical support.
  • Inventory Management: Keeping track of laboratory supplies, ordering new materials, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining records of experiments, equipment usage, and inventory.
  • Waste Disposal: Properly disposing of chemical waste and broken equipment, such as glassware.
  • Health and Safety Training: Conducting or assisting with health and safety training for students and staff.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of BSIT or any computer – related course
