Job Description

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise kitchen operations
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene; enforce kitchen safety
  • Manage kitchen staff
  • Monitor inventory and supplies; order needed supplies
  • Quality control
  • Minimize waste and control costs
  • Coordinate with other departments
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related courses
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the same field
  • Experience with ordering and inventory
  • Familiar with kitchen safety and sanitation
  • Can manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Understanding of kitchen flow and food cost analysis is an advantage
REQUIREMENTS (to be submitted after orientation):
  • Photocopy of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and TIN documents
  • Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate
  • Baguio City Yellow Card with Food Handler's Seminar Certificate
  • Baguio City Working Permit
