KITCHEN STAFF - BOH
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Kitchen Cook is responsible in cooking of products in a timely manner while strictly following the restaurant’s standard preparation and safety procedures to ensure the quality of food served to the guest.
Ingredients Preparation
• Ready all raw materials and tools needed to cook food.
• Check quality of ingredients to be use, ensure that it is within standard quality.
Cooking
• Cook food according to standard recipe and maximum quantity.
• Record and dispose sub-standard food.
Food Safety and Sanitation and Cleanliness
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of their work stations and other area as needed and as required to ensure safety preparation of products.
• Strictly follow and maintain food safety standards at all times.
Recipe Standards
• Follow the restaurant’s standard food preparation and cooking base on the company’s recipe.
• Ensure the confidentiality of information of the restaurant’s recipe and cooking technique.
Training and Development
• Ensure continuous learning for new product and development of skills.
• Work with the team to aligned standards and train new team member.
