Job Description

  • Assist cooks and chefs in preparing ingredients (e.g., washing, peeling, cutting vegetables and meats).
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment's, utensils, and work areas at all times.
  • Handle Diswashing duties and maintain the cleanliness of storage and waste area.
  • Properly dispose of kitchen waste and manage garbage segregation.
  • Receive, unload and organize food supplies and kitchen deliveries.
  • Support basic cooking tasks under the supervision of the head cook or chef.
  • Assist in food plating, meal packaging, and food portioning for dine-in or take-out service.
  • Monitor inventory of kitchen essentials and report shortages or expired goods.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols as per company and government regulations.
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor or chef.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least a high school graduate; college level or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience working in commercial kitchen, canteen, or restaurant.
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on a Shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and cleanliness.
  • Team player with a positive, respectful attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Can Work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Willing to rendered overtime.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.
