1. Garnishes correctly all items within the Section.
2. Tastes items as appropriate to ensure consistency of products.
3. Adheres to control portion standards.
4. Works in a clean and hygienic fashion at all times.
5. Becomes confident in the maintenance and use of all machinery and equipment.
6. Assigns team members in the performance of their duties.
7. Complies with hygiene and sanitation standards.
8. Complies with Baguio Country Club Health and Safety policy.
9. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
10. Assists Guests when in Guests contact areas.
