The Kitchen Crew supports the overall kitchen operations by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient service. This role involves working closely with cooks and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes and a positive dining experience for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and storing.
• Support cooks and chefs in preparing and plating dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items to prevent spoilage and contamination.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Kitchen Manager.
