Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
Assist in plating and garnishing dishes for presentation.
Perform basic food prep tasks such as chopping, mixing, and measuring ingredients.
Support the team during peak hours and special events.
Participate in training and development to enhance culinary skills.
