Management Trainee supports the Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving the Key Result Area (KRA) targets through effective management of shift operations. Responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing and recommending action plans relating to shift's performance in all KRAs.

Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or business-related course.
-Excellent leadership and customer service skills. Willing to work on shifting schedule and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
