Essential Functions (Quality Control):
• Communication with Senior Manager: Regularly communicate with the Senior Manager regarding quality concerns and the results of inspections.
• Monthly QCI Booking Preparation: Prepare the monthly QCI booking during the 1st week of each month and send it to the customer. In the event of revisions, ensure that the revised booking is sent at least one day prior to the QCI schedule (Japan/China).
• Timely Delivery of QCI Report: Send the QCI Report on the same day as the booking date. If there is any delay, promptly inform the customer and ensure the report is sent by the next morning (Japan/China).
• Monthly QCI Summary: Prepare and send the monthly QCI summary to the customer as per the provided schedule. If the last QCI report is available earlier, the summary can be sent ahead of the schedule (Japan only).
• Monthly QCI Rejection Rate: Prepare and send the monthly QCI rejection rate report to all Section Heads during the 1st week of the month.
• Quality Control Evaluation Report: Send the monthly Quality Control Evaluation Report to the relevant parties in the 1st week of each month.
• KAIZEN Implementation: Actively implement KAIZEN activities to continuously improve processes and quality standards.
Essential Functions (ISO):
• Procedures and Forms Review: Continuously review and improve procedures and forms to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• ISO 9001 Certification Maintenance: Assist in the ongoing maintenance of the ISO 9001 certification program.
• Quality Management Reviews & Audits: Conduct regular quality management reviews, maintain the Quality Manual, perform internal audits, and ensure alignment with the context of the organization.
• External ISO Audits: Coordinate external ISO audits and ensure the timely maintenance of all necessary licenses.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster and promote continuous improvement initiatives within each section to enhance overall performance.
