JR. SUPERVISOR (MANAGEMENT TRAINEE)

Assures proper & timely replenishment of personnel and stocks in the area so as not to hamper its operation.                                                                                 Personnel monitoring of the area, evaluates performance from the rank and file personnel; make some recommendations based on the evaluation.
Conducts meeting on concerns regarding the area.
Monitors personnel Customer Service.
Monitors and supervises the cleanliness and neatness of the area.
Conducts regular inspection on the area cleanliness and neatness.
Ensures matters such as bar code visibility of the items.
Executes random re-arranging of the area as situation may require.
Assures all order sheets and run out notebooks be passed at the purchasing office on time.
Refers to the calendar of activities for the items to be displayed on a certain promos and events.
Assures all signage an collateral's are present on the area during the promo period.
Assures all re bar coding and scanning of items prior to the event are all done
Takes note of the evaluation and observation of the previous events considering such points for the upcoming calendar of activities.
Constantly monitoring on items during the events and have them replenished on time if still available.
Conducts meeting with concerns the area.
Analyzes reports and sales performance of the assigned area.
Attends departmental meeting conducted for monthly sales review
Complies area shifting schedules and have it hanged days before the shift changes
Reviews inventory reports on the area division
